What could be more disheartening than graduating as a dentist after 8+ years of school, only to enter a marketplace crippled by a pandemic? Our hearts go out to the Graduating Class of 2021 as well as last year’s 2020 grads who are finding it all but impossible to land a decent associateship position and in many cases, landing any position at all.
